Arno & The Low Down have been WOWing audiences throughout the Connecticut and Western Massachusetts areas for several years, and are known as some of the premier high energy blues and classic rock musicians. Playing everywhere from Theodore's Blues Club in Springfield MA, to the B.B. King Club at Foxwoods Casino, and everywhere in between, Arno & The Low Down decided to join forces and let their growing musical ideas flourish. We play classic and modern rock, originals, and soulful blues, all with our own exciting "take no prisoners" style.

Arno's guitar playing is always drenched with soul and passion, whether in a scorching blues, or setting fire to some classic rock, The Low Down lets him push the envelope even further. Influenced by everyone from Alvin Lee, Jeff Beck, T-Bone Walker, Duke Robillard, Ronnie Earl, to Eric Clapton and Robin Trower, Arno's live performances are spectacular.

Pete has been playing for many years with professional local bands and brings years of experience to round out The Low Down. Whether it's rock, swing, jazz, or blues, he is rock solid and masterfully versatile in every musical style.

Junior hits the stage and It's Showtime!! Adding our longtime friend to the Low Down lets us cover more musical ground and have some fun doing it. Influenced by every Blues great from Muddy Waters, Junior Wells, Sonny Boy Williamson, to Little Walter, Junior "Sharp Harp" is one of the premier harmonica players in MA and CT.
The Drummer
We are lucky to have a few good men sitting in on drums.
Denny Pelletier, son of jazz trumpeter Ray Pelletier. Denny has played and toured around the world his whole life at every jazz or blues or rock show or festival with EVERYONE famous, and I mean everyone.

Johnathan Lichtig Another monster drummer who has played with everyone, toured with Greg Piccolo among others, and knows every style. He loves our classic rock genre of music and plays it like a master.

Having either of these guys behind us really drives us to new heights in our playing and our sound. We have been lucky to have them in our stable of drummers.

Our Vision
Arno & The Low Down have all been playing in bands for years, out of the same old cliche' songbooks, wondering, "What happened to all of these great rock tunes that no one covers?" Well, a great song is a great song, no matter where or when it came from! So we've put our sound on, modernized, and revived the "Old School" rock style that we grew up with, mix in some of our own, and apply that passion to some current music too,
So come on out and strap in for a great time!

Hear The Low Down!
These songs were recorded live at Theodores' Blues Brews & BBQ, in Springfield MA!
